In 2011, PANIC! Services (UK) Ltd was incorporated. Back then, we covered only plumbing and electrics.
Within the first 2 years, we had a great reputation in the local area for our rapid and urgent response and in 2013,
we set up PANIC! Property Services (UK) Ltd to cover all the insurance remedial works with many other trades now being involved.
We were winners of the '2014 Adur & Worthing Business Awards' for 'Customer Service'
In the first decade, a lot happened and a huge amount had changed. In the first few years, all our work was responding
to emergency, urgent and last-minute calls. Fast forward 10 years and 99.8% of our activities being scheduled, planned
and quoted for. This is due to our large customer base; working with repeat customers and referrals to their friends,
families and neighbours.
PANIC! had evolved as a company and almost 10 years on, at the end of 2020, we felt that there was no better time for our name to evolve, too!
As we entered 2021, our 10th year, we did so having rebranded as Kilfords Ltd
